In the mouth

A full upper arch consisting of a CAD/CAM custom designed milled titanium primary bar on six implants accommodating a three piece porcelain fused to gold secondary, screw retained structure. Each PFM structure is retained by two prosthetic screws. The titanium primary bar is designed and milled in one piece to enable cross arch stabilization. The secondary PFM structure is in three parts to enable greater casting accuracy and less firing of porcelain and a certain level of repairability. The whole structure is retrievable by the screws.
